Warranty FAQs

Got Questions About Your Warranty? We’ve Got You Covered.

Our standard workmanship warranty lasts 1 year from the date your project is completed. During this period, we’ll repair or replace any issues caused by installation or labor defects at no cost to you.

The warranty covers all work we perform, including:

  • Drywall, taping, painting

  • Flooring installation

  • Trim and door installation

  • Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry

  • Lighting and plumbing fixture installs

  • Structural changes (when completed by us)

It applies to workmanship only — not manufacturer defects or damage from outside causes.

No — materials are covered under their individual manufacturer warranties. We’ll always provide you with product info and guide you on how to make a claim if needed. We only use materials from trusted brands with strong reputations and warranties of their own.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, minor cracks)

  • Leaks or issues caused by unrelated systems (e.g., roof or HVAC)

  • Movement or settling of your home’s foundation

  • Materials supplied by the client

  • Acts of nature (flooding, fire, extreme weather)

We partner with licensed electricians and certified plumbers. Their work is backed by their own trade-specific warranties and fully code-compliant. We’ll coordinate any follow-up needed if an issue arises.

Even after the 1-year warranty period, we’re still here for you. While we may charge for service visits outside the warranty window, we always prioritize past clients and provide honest, fair pricing for repairs or updates.
